1. Parties
This Distance Sales Agreement (“Agreement”) is concluded electronically between the following parties:

Buyer:
The person placing an order through the website (hereinafter referred to as the “Buyer”).
2. Subject
This Agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the product(s) ordered electronically by the Buyer through the Seller’s website.
3. Product Information
The type, quantity, color, dimensions, price, and payment details of the product(s) are as specified during the order process and confirmed by the Buyer.
4. Payment and Delivery
- The order amount is collected using the payment method selected by the Buyer.
- The product(s) are prepared after order confirmation and delivered to the specified address.
- Delivery time may vary depending on the custom production process.
5. Custom-Made Products and Return Policy
All products offered by Nura Istanbul are custom-made based on the Buyer’s request and produced using rare and valuable fabrics.
Therefore:
- The Buyer confirms that they have carefully reviewed the color, length, and width of the product before placing the order.
- Due to the nature of custom-made products, returns and exchanges are not accepted.
6. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Products prepared in line with the consumer’s specific requests or personal needs
Accordingly, Nura Istanbul products are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
7. General Provisions
- By confirming the order, the Buyer is deemed to have accepted all terms of this Agreement.
- The Seller reserves the right to delay or suspend any order if deemed necessary for security reasons (e.g., suspected fraud).
- Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
8. Entry into Force
By placing an order on the website, the Buyer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted this Agreement.
